If you have access to your WordPress account, you can change your password directly from the WordPress dashboard.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Users > Profile.
Scroll down to the Account Management section.
Click Set New Password.
Enter a new password or use the automatically generated one.
Click Update Profile to save your changes.
Notes
For security reasons, use a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you forget your password and cannot log in, use the Lost your password? option on the WordPress login page.
