Deleting Posts in Bulk in WordPress

WordPress allows you to delete multiple posts at once, which is useful for cleaning up draft or outdated content.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Posts > All Posts.

  3. To select multiple posts, check the box next to each post, or click the top checkbox to select all posts.

  4. From the Bulk Actions dropdown, select Move to Trash, then click Apply.

Additional Information

  • The selected posts will be moved to Trash but are not permanently deleted.

  • To permanently remove posts, go to Posts > Trash and click Empty Trash.

  • Bulk deletion helps manage large numbers of posts efficiently without editing each post individually.
