Creating a New Email Address in cPanel

You can easily create a new email address for your domain using cPanel. Follow the steps below to set up your email account.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.

  2. In the Email section, click Email Account.

  3. Click the +Create button on the right-hand side.

  4. Under Create An Email Account, fill in the required details:

    • Domain: Select the appropriate domain from the dropdown if you have multiple domains.

    • Username: Enter the desired username (e.g., your first name).

    • Security: Choose Set password now, then enter a secure password or use the password generator.

    • Optional Settings: Click Edit Settings to expand additional options:

      • Storage Space: Enter the desired storage limit for the account or select Unlimited.

  5. Click Create to finalize the email account.


Notes

  • Your new email account will appear under the Account & Domain tab.

  • Use a strong, unique password to keep your email account secure.

  • You can access your email via webmail or configure it in an email client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird).
