You can easily install and activate a WordPress theme manually from your dashboard.
Follow the steps below to customize the appearance of your website.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Appearance > Themes.
Click Add New.
Select Upload Theme.
Click Browse, select the theme
.zipfile from your computer, and then click Install Now.
Wait for the installation to complete, then click Activate.

Only
.zipfiles are accepted for manual theme uploads.After activation, you can customize your theme under Appearance > Customize.
Deactivating a theme does not delete it; you can reactivate it anytime.
Congratulations! Your new WordPress theme is now installed and active.
